Job Description

We are currently looking for a driven marketing and sales representative who is self-motivated with a passion for people, a competitive edge, and a desire to make contributions in the fast-paced sales & marketing industry to join our sales and marketing development team, the person shall research and develop various marketing strategies for products and services, implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas, tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.

Position Responsibilities

• Sell CCIC’s services within assigned customers and territory through effective client research, prospecting and networking;
• Participated in new business and marketing efforts;
• Assist with project development and work with cross functional teams to reach the target customer and work with Business Manager to define and develop territory to increase new sales;
• Meet with prospective customers via email, cold calling, client presentations and participation at trade shows; 
• Assist with activities in support of upcoming webinars relating to CCIC’s services;
• Research a wide variety of information requests;
• Write and prepare the presentation and follow up on proposals, specify appropriate standards and pricing;
• Remove obstacles that prevent projects from moving forward and resolve customer concerns;
• Ensure that all resources are available and drive projects through to completion;
• Monitors scope for contract compliance and potential additional services;
• Offer customer service and support with a professional demeanor
• Communicates actively through weekly meetings, issuing meeting minutes and accurate project record keeping and sharing project information and correspondence;

Marketing and Sales Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field, 
• Over 3 years of experience or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Strong ability to Customer Service, Client Relationships, Interpersonal Communication, Marketing Strategies, Organization, Planning, Research and Analysis,.
• Demonstrated ability of successful project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
