According to the regulations on the Administration of Feed and Feed Additives, foreign manufacturer which export feed and feed additives to China for the first time, shall apply at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China for import registration license for feed and feed additives;

Article 12 “For export to China of feeds and feed additives that have not been used in China but have been approved for production and use in the exporting country, an agent in China shall be entrusted. For the first time export to China of feed and feed additives that have been used in China and have been approved for production and use by the exporting country, they shall apply for registration in accordance with these Regulations

Appendix 1. Measures for the management of pet feed
Article 15 The pet feed exported to China shall be packaged and attached with a Chinese label that complies with the requirements of the “Pet Feed Label Regulations”;
